Directions by TTC: Bloor Subway Station east to Kennedy Station.  Transver upstairs on to Rapid Transit (RT).  Take RT to Scarboourhg Centre stop.  Get off the RT, walk out of station and turn right.  Walk down the stairs and across the court and you’ll see the Civic Centre.  The Rotunda is just inside the main entrance.
