"Vienna - City of Music"

TYWO transports you to “Vienna – City of Music” for its annual fund-raising event.

The ensembles of the Toronto Youth Wind Orchestra – Concert Winds, Symphonic Winds and the Wind Orchestra – present a program of music in the tradition of Johann Strauss’s homeland. In fact, more famous composers have lived in Vienna than in any other city in the world.

Besides the beloved Strauss waltzes and familiar pieces performed by the Symphonic Winds and Concert Winds, the Wind Orchestra will perform “Symphonic Metamorphosis of Themes by Carl Maria von Weber” – a magnificent orchestral work by Paul Hindemith.

Standard Seating: $50 for adult, $25 for youth
